Overview
During the application process or throughout recruitment, candidates will have various documents associated with their profile, such as their CV, cover letter, and other supporting materials. The following article offers a step-by-step guide on how to access and review a candidate's documents.
To access your candidate’s documents:
- Go to the Candidate’s section
- Search or click on the relevant candidate
- Go to the 'Documents' tab within the candidate’s profile 📝. All files associated with the candidate will be displayed here, organised by the date they were added.
- To view the candidate’s document, click on the eye icon 👁️ or the document name
- To download the document click on the three dots and “Download Document” ⬇️
