Overview
Your company's Public Profile contains essential organisation details displayed on external job boards and recruitment portals whenever you publish job vacancies. Keeping this section updated ensures candidates receive accurate information about your brand, workplace culture, benefits, location, and social media channels.
The details configured in this section are publicly visible across job boards and career pages when publishing vacancies.
Updating Your Public Profile
To access and modify your public profile details, follow these steps:
- Go to the Companies section from the main navigation menu.
- Click on the company to update from the list
- Click on the Public Profile tab.
- Fill out or update the fields as required.
- Click Update Details at the bottom right to save your changes.
Public Profile Fields
Below is a complete description of all available fields within the Public Profile settings:

| Number of employees | Optional | Select your workforce size range from the dropdown menu. |
| Company name | Required | The official public-facing name of your organisation. |
| Company benefits | Optional | Type a perk or benefit (e.g., Company car) and click the + button to add it as a tag. Multiple benefits can be added. |
| Why should candidates join the company? | Optional | Use the rich text editor to write a compelling pitch explaining your company culture, mission, and unique workplace advantages. Supports formatting controls, lists, links, and embedded images. |
| Registered company address | Required | The street address of your registered office location. |
| Country | Required | Select the country where your company is registered from the dropdown. |
| City | Required | Select or enter the city corresponding to your address. |
| Post code | Required | Enter the postcode or ZIP code for your registered address. |
| Google Maps link | Optional | Paste a direct link to your location on Google Maps to help candidates easily locate your premises. |
