After you have created a Vacancy you will be redirected to the Publish step.
You can publish an already created vacancy by clicking on the three dots at the end of the relevant vacancy and selecting "Publish vacancy":
In this section, you will be able to proceed to publish your vacancy in jobsinmalta following the steps:
- Click on the three dots on the grid and select "Publish":
- Choose your "Application Method":
- If you select "Receive application on Talexio" (Recommended). Receiving the applications directly on Talexio, allows the candidates to easily apply for jobs, and a platform for you to manage all your candidates in one place.
- Selecting "Add your own URL". The system will ask you to insert the application URL. So when job seekers apply for a vacancy on jobsinmalta they will be sent to this website to proceed with the application. Note that making their application process longer can affect your conversation rate, and lead to fewer applications.
- Select your "Purchase Package" and click "proceed to checkout". For a detailed description of the existing packages, click here
- Checkout. Select credit/debit card and input the card details to proceed with the purchase:
- After you publish a new Vacancy in jobsinmalta, vacancies are then moderated by our team, which can take up to 48 hours. Once the vacancy has been moderated it will be posted on jobsinmalta.
You will receive an email informing you that your vacancy has been published.
Should you require proof of advertising for Identity Malta, you can always find your vacancy on the following link: https://jobsinmalta.com/job/proof/job-{job_id}
You can then take screenshot or print as necessary.
