Overview

Duplicating a vacancy means creating a new listing having the same information, job description, and specific details from the vacancy you are duplicating. This feature saves time when creating a vacancy for the same job role.

To duplicate a created vacancy:

  1. Go to the Vacancy section.

  2. Click on "Duplicate Vacancy" 🗐 next to the three dots.
  3. The vacancy creation process will display the same information as the original. You can update the content if needed.
  4. Click on "Save & Continue"💾
  5. Publish on the respective platform

When a vacancy is duplicated, all details will remain identical to the original vacancy, but the system will automatically generate a unique reference number to help differentiate between the two vacancies with the same name.

Any applications submitted to the duplicated vacancy will be stored in the candidate's folder associated with that vacancy. Additionally, candidates who have already applied to the original vacancy will still be able to apply to the new one.

Duplicated vacancies will be unpublished by default🔴. However, if you want candidates to be placed in the same folder without allowing them to reapply, you can republish the original vacancy. For more information on how to publish a vacancy, click here
