Overview

Duplicating a vacancy means that a new vacancy will be created having the same information, job description, and specific details from the vacancy you are duplicating. With this function, you will save time in creating a vacancy for the same job role.

To duplicate a created vacancy:

  1. Go to the Vacancy section.
  2. Click on the three dots at the end of the vacancy you want to duplicate.
  3. Select "Duplicate vacancy".
  4. The vacancy creation process will display containing the same information. You can update the vacancy content if required.
  5. Click on "Save & Continue"mceclip1.gif

The duplicate vacancy is created with the same description and details as the original vacancy. The system will automatically generate a different reference number for you to differentiate the vacancies with the same name.

The duplicated vacancy, although same information as the original but in this case will have a different reference. Any application on this new vacancy goes into the corresponding candidate's folder in the new vacancy. Also, candidates who applied to the original vacancy, will be allowed to apply for the new one.

All the duplicated vacancies will be unpublished by default. For more information on how to publish a vacancy, click here. Meanwhile, you can republish the original vacancy if would want candidates to be populated in the same folder and not allow candidates to reapply
