Overview
This session specifies the duration of your published vacancy on jobsinmalta when a packaged must have been purchased.
Your vacancy will be published for a period of 30 days after the purchasing of the publishing package date.
During this period, your vacancies will:
- Be listed on jobsinmalta
- Have exposure online
- Have exposure on UoM only if you choose the ‘fresh graduate’ and/or ‘entry level’ experience levels
- Have exposure on different social media pages and groups
- Email notifications to jobseekers
- Allow change of text at any time throughout the 30 days
- Have access to free Applicant Tracking System
- Have access to support where and when needed
As the vacancy approaches the end of publishing tenure, there is a reminder note sent out, which gives you the ability to take definitive action, like closing the vacancy OR extending the tenure. Five (5) days prior to expiry, a notification email is sent out to the user. If there is no action taken, the vacancy will expire. Meanwhile, you can decide extend the vacancy but that would require another credit and the extension will happen from the original expiry date, not from when the notification is received.
