Creating new ATS users

New Admin and and Line Manager users can be created by users who have the Admin permission.

 

  1. Switch to the ATS module by clicking on the ATS button at the bottom of your left hand side menu.
  2. Go to People
  3. Click on +Add Team Member
  4. Fill out the required fields in the form. These include:
    1. Name
    2. Surname
    3. Work email
    4. Permission type: You will then need to choose what access level this person should have - Line Manager or Admin
      1. User type Explanation
        Admin User Admin users get full access and visibility of all functions of the ATS module.
        Line Manager Limited visibility and functionality. Will only have access to the vacancies and applications they are linked to. They will also be able to view the candidate CV, interview report, view and submit notes, and update the application status.
  5. Enable the toggle to "Allow access to Talexio ATS"
  6. To send out the invitation immediately, enable the toggle to "Invite to Talexio". Please note that you can action this step later, after creating the profile.
