New Admin and and Line Manager users can be created by users who have the Admin permission.
- Go to Setup > Users
- Click on Add new user
- NB: each account has a limit of users based on the licenses purchased. Should you reach the limit of users, please reach out on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Fill out the required fields in the form. These include:
- Phone or Mobile
- You will then need to choose a user type: Line Manager or Admin
User type Explanation Admin User Admin users get full access and visibility of all functions of the ATS module. Line Manager Limited visibility and functionality. Will only have access to the vacancies and applications they are linked to. They will also be able to view the candidate CV, interview report, view and submit notes, and update the application status.
- The login details are to be provided to the user separately. It is recommended that the user changes their password on first login.
