Creating an Application Status

Overview

Talexio provides a list of predefined application statuses that reflect the lifecycle of a candidate's application within a vacancy. Users with an ATS Plus account can create custom application statuses, allowing them to tailor the recruitment process and better track and manage candidates. The following article provides a step by step guide on how to create application statuses.

Application Status
Application status refers to the stage of a candidate's progress in the recruitment process, showing where their application stands from submission to final decision, such as hiring or rejection.

The following are the steps which outline how to create an application status. To do so you will need to:

  1. Go to the Settings Section 
  2. Under Configuration, Click on Application Statuses
  3. Click on "+Add Status"Application-Status-Talexio.gif
  4. Fill in the respective details
  5. Click Create

Once created, the new application status will be available for you to assign to candidates within their applications.
