- 📑 Introducing Business Card functionality - as part of your Virtual Cards module, your employees can now share their work phone number and email address directly by showing a QR code on their mobile app.
- ☁️ It is now easier to send past data from the Cloud Device Manager to Talexio thanks to a new interface. This is only necessary if your device was offline.
- 🏦 Follow the steps below to make sure your data is set up correctly in line with the new bank file requirements (due October 2025).
- Improvement to Announcements so that long titles do not overlap in the notifications box on the dashboard.
- We've done improvements to the CDM, making it easier to run upload clockings when your device goes offline due to internet disconnections. Click here for more information.
- In the shift templates section, you can now sort your table by template name.
- You can now filter by multiple position titles and job schedules in the Time and Attendance section.
- You can now view overtime approved through Allowance Requests in the Timesheet report.
- Following an earlier notification, we have updated Talexio to be in line with the new bank file requirements (due to be launched in October 2025). Even so, the bank has encouraged its clients to run tests to ensure that there will not be any issues come December. One of the main changes here is the format and length of the residential address fields.
Addresses should not include any special characters and should be less than 35 characters long. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in payments not going through.
You may check that all your employees’ addresses fall within the required parameters by downloading a Report from the People section, including the address fields as per the below screenshot:
You may then generate a test file for the bank. This may be done from the Payroll section, by clicking on Generate (in any payroll) Payment File. Upon generating the file, you will see a ZIP folder. The folder includes a folder ‘NEW’, which is where you will find the test file to be sent to the bank.
