Overview

Surveys is an excellent feature in Talexio that gathers quantifiable insights into team sentiment and key engagement drivers. The resulting data identifies issues and informs targeted organizational interventions to enhance the employee experience and drive performance.

This article will provide an overview of the Surveys List page and the actions that can be performed there.

Permissions

To view the Surveys List page, you will require the Manage Survey permission on global.

Survey List Page

The Survey List page is shown to you immediately after accessing the Surveys module.

On this page, you will find the following functionalities:

  • Search - The search bar at the top of the Surveys List page is designed to help you quickly and efficiently find any survey that has been created.

  • Filters - The filters located next to the search bar help you refine the list of surveys displayed. The filters allow you to view surveys based on the following key attributes:

    • Launch date from & Launch date to - The date range supplied will filter the results according to the surveys' Launch date.
    • Status - The Status filter filters the results according to the surveys' status. The options available are Active, Draft, Ended and Published.
    • Admin - The Admin filter filters the results according to the surveys' assigned Admin. Survey Admins are assigned on survey creation.

  • Create Survey - Clicking on the + Create Survey button allows you to create a new Survey. We're kicking off the Surveys module with Team Voice, a structured and comprehensive way to get an objective measure of what every team member thinks. Look out for more survey options coming soon!

  • Column Sorting - Column sorting is a feature on the Surveys page that allows you to reorganise the entire list of surveys based on the data contained in any specific column. Simply click on the column you would like to sort.

  • Bulk Delete - The Bulk Delete feature allows users to efficiently remove multiple surveys simultaneously, rather than deleting them one by one. Click on the checkbox per Survey or the select all checkbox, then click on Bulk Actions and click Delete.

  • For each Survey, there is a 3-dot kebab menu button that shows extra functions per survey created.

    • Preview Survey - Clicking on Preview Survey will open in a new tab a preview of the survey that was created.

    • Duplicate - The Duplicate feature allows users to quickly create an exact copy of an existing survey. This is a powerful time-saving tool, especially when you need to run similar surveys on a recurring basis or for different groups.

    • End Survey - This feature will end the survey at this point and only include the survey responses submitted. Employees will not be able to submit a survey after it has been ended.

    • Delete - This option deletes the survey and all responses.

    • Export Responses - This option is only available once a survey status is Ended. This will show another dialog providing the options on how the data should be exported.

      All exports are provided as an excel document.

    • Unpublish - This option is only available once a survey status is Published. This will allow you to unpublish a published survey.
