- 💼 Allowance Requests Report: Gain full visibility into employee allowance requests with a new report tracking status, values, and approvers.
- New Banks Supported: We have expanded the list of banks available on Talexio, to include Bank of America and Banking Circle. For the full list of banks available, click here.
- T&A Approvals Filter: A new "Unlinked from Payroll" filter has been added to the Review and Approve section, allowing users with payroll permissions to easily identify approvals that occurred after a payroll was already processed. Read more here.
- New Allowance Requests Report: A new report is available to track allowance request submissions. The report includes details on who approved the request, the status, value and whether it has been included in payroll. This is useful for Managers, HR and Payroll executives. More information here.
- New Active Benefits Linked to Employee Report: A new standard report allows admins to export a list of all benefits/adjustments linked to active employee positions. More information here.
- Visibility of Closed Objectives: Reviews will now display both active and completed (closed) objectives for the relevant review period. This ensures that employees and managers can see all objectives achieved throughout the year. Read more here.
