Overview
The Leave Schedule includes records of all employees' leave dates. This includes approved leave, cancelled leave, declined leave, and leave which is still pending approval. Such records contained within this section can be filtered using the Leave Schedule filters. You may use filtering both to view desire information on Talexio as well as to download reports.
Permissions
To access the Leave Schedule tab, you will need any one of the Leave permissions.
Leave Schedule Filters
Within the Leave Schedule, there are filters that can be used to filter the data shown on the calendar.
The toggles in the filters are more advanced than the Employee, Department, Position, Contracts, Leave Type & Countries filters:
- Show only approved - This will display only leave requests that have been approved. Any requests still pending will be hidden.
- Hide employees without leave - This will display only employees who during the view period have leave that is approved.
- Hide terminated Employees - This will only display employees who are currently employed.
Quick Filters
- All - view all leave entries based on the above filters.
- My leave - view only your own leave records.
- My Department - view only the leave of those in your department/unit.
- My Direct Reports - view only the leave of your direct reports.
- Pending My Approval - view only requests which still require your approval (for the currently filtered month/period).
- All my Approvals - view all leave entries that I can approve and have approved.
- Managers only - This will display only leave requests of those who are set as In a Managerial position within their employment history.
As well as seeing the leave requests in a calendar format, you have the option to switch the view to a List format using the View filter.
In the List View, you can extend your date range past the calendar months, so that if needed you can see leave requests over an extended period of time.
From here, you may wish to either book leave, edit/cancel leave, or download reports.
