How do I change the applicant status?

To change the status of a candidate that has applied for a vacancy, follow the steps:

  1. Go to the Candidates section
  2. Select the relevant candidates
  3. Go the the "Applications" tab
  4. Click on the three dots at the end of the application and select "Change applicant status".

  5. Select from the scroll-down options the status you will need to set up:
    • Open
    • In progress
    • Closed
  6. Click on "Change Status" or Change Status & Continue".

Let the applicants know the status of their application by sending an email directly from Talexio by clicking on “Change Status & Continue".
