✔ You can now specify the reason for termination as part of the termination process.

🙆♀️ HR
- We’ve added Termination Reasons in the Employment Position and termination screen and, so that now you can specify the reason why a person was terminated. Find out more about the termination process here!
- We’ve also added clearer labels to the director’s fees in the employment position.

💶 Payroll
- Following an earlier development to make the basic hours of engaged/terminated employees based on the actual hours worked, we have now implemented the same calculation for any adjustments pertaining to engaged employees’ first payslip.

✈️ Leave
- Any upcoming leave in the Dashboard is now displayed with better clarity. Previously users were only able to see the number of hours of leave approved. Now, the ‘time from’ to ‘time to’ are also displayed.

⏲️ Time & Attendance
- Work locations can now be uploaded in bulk.

- The employee dropdown menu while setting permissions now includes the employee codes too.

- You can now give the ‘view historical activity’ permission to more people thanks to new restrictions on the visibility of any sensitive changes.
