Reducing your Talexio subscription size

Notification of reduction in subscription size

If you're looking to reduce your Talexio licenses (ie. the number of employees you pay for on a monthly basis), we will require communication in writing, from an authorised person within the company. Notification in writing needs to be received 30 days prior to your next renewal date, which is stipulated within your agreement. Should you require clarification on when your renewal date is, please contact us on support@talexio.com.

Fees and Invoicing

Depending on your specific situation, your renewal invoice will be handled in one of the following ways:

• If you are reducing your subscription size prior to your next subscription renewal cycle, and within a valid notification period, your next or renewal invoice will be issued with the correct/updated number of licenses.
• If you are reducing your subscription size after the valid notification period or after the renewal invoice has been issued, Talexio has the right to request full settlement of the invoice issued with no credit notes allowed.

Please note that regardless of notification, on reduction in number of licenses, any pending invoices due, prior to communication, are to be settled in full unless otherwise agreed upon with Talexio.

Increasing your Talexio subscription size

If you would like to increase your Talexio subscription size, you may do this at any point. Talexio will not restrict you from using additional subscriptions to what was originally agreed upon in your agreement. The additional licenses will simply be billed over and above.
