• • We have added a new standard headcount report, which provides data required for statutory submissions to the National Statistics Office (NSO). You can find this new report in the People section as a new option under Reports - Headcount. Look for “NSO Statutory Employment Summary” 
  • The employee position dialog has been improved, making it easier to view and manage employee positions within the system.

   

• • Requestable Allowances just got better! You can now set requestable allowances as a percentage of an employee’s hourly rate. Click here for information.
  • A new field for cost centres has been added to the adjustments bulk upload sheet, enhancing tracking and reporting accuracy. 
  • New tax brackets have been added to accommodate the new Married and Parent tax brackets following the announcement during the budget held in October 2025.
  • COLA rates for 2026 have been updated. Instructions on how to apply COLA can be found here.
• • You can now select or deselect departments in bulk when managing email notifications.
•  
  • Improved chart visuals to provide clearer representation of data and support for complex comparisons. Click here for more information.
