- While we continue to develop this module, you are now able to download a preview report which helps you identify pay gaps and review roles breaching the 5% threshold. This report can be found in the Pay Management section under 'Pay Equity (Beta)':

🛠️ System Improvements:
- We’ve made speed improvements to the Leave Report.
- Implementation of weekly cross-region backups with a 35-day retention policy: We have set up a weekly cross-region backup process to complement our existing daily backups. As part of our disaster recovery strategy, the original daily backups continue to be stored in the eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) region, while these new weekly backups are replicated to the eu-west-1 (Ireland) region.
