Employee Forms offer a self-service channel that lets staff initiate requests and submit information directly, reducing manual task assignments and administrative overhead.
Permissions govern how a feature in Talexio is used. This article explains the permissions specifically related to Employee Forms and how they can be assigned.
Employee Forms Permissions
There are 4 permissions in this section:
Approve Employee Forms
Allows the user (such as a manager, HR team member, or team lead) to review, approve, or reject an employee's form submissions. This permission can be issued to users to only allow the creation of specific forms or all forms.
This permission can be assigned at employee, unit, target group or global level.
Create Employee Forms
Allows the user to create and submit forms on behalf of employees. This permission can be issued to users to only allow the creation of specific forms or all forms.
This permission can be assigned at employee, unit, target group or global level.
Manage Form Templates
Allows the user (such as system administrators or HR administrators) to create, edit, archive, and delete form templates.
This permission can only be assigned at global level.
View Employee Forms
Allows the user (such as managers, HR personnel, team leads, or employees reviewing their own submissions) to view form submissions. This permission can be issued to users to only allow the creation of specific forms or all forms.
This permission can be assigned at employee, unit, target group or global level.
