Bank of Valletta (V9) Bank File Compliance
Relevant only for: Payroll Module users; issuing their payment file from Talexio; use Bank of Valletta as their company bank.
Action Required: Following the transition from the V3 to the V9 bank file format, it is critical that all employee profiles contain accurate and complete "Town" and "Country" information. Please be advised that starting in November, any individual lacking this information will have their transaction rejected by the bank.
To ensure your payroll remains uninterrupted, we recommend reviewing your employee data immediately. You can verify this information by generating a report and identifying any that require updating:
- Navigate to People > Reports.
- Click Generate new report.
- Include the following columns to verify your data:
- Emp #
- Name
- City/Town
- Country of Residence (Address)
- Update any missing information from the employee profile accordingly

- Overnight Shift Visuals: Night shifts that cross midnight now visually overlap into the following day's column in the Weekly view. This visual change provides managers with instant visibility of employees working overnight.

Automated Data Privacy: To further support data protection and anonymity, participant names and emails are now automatically removed from records 60 days after a survey is completed.
