Release Highlights⚡
- Faster Leave Reports & Payslip Generation: The time to generate leave reports and payslip PDFs has been drastically improved, making these processes more efficient.
- Allowance Requests Management: Allowance requests can now be holistically managed from the new Pay Management module.
- Improved Navigation panel: A visual upgrade with clearer navigation and fresher icons.
🔐 Allowance Requests & Pay Management
- Allowance Requests: A dedicated screen to manage allowance requests is now available, making it easier to review, track, and action requests from one place. This gives a clearer overview and a more streamlined way to keep changes organised.
- Pay Management: Email notifications for job evaluations pending approval can now be enabled. This is found in the Settings section under the Emails section.
📈 Reports
- Optimised Leave Report Export: We have significantly improved the generation time in the leave balances report. We have also improved the report logic when certain leave types are chosen, to automatically exclude employees without balance, generating an easier to read report.
💶 Payroll
- Fast Payroll Generation: We’ve drastically improved payslip generation time to now allow generation of up to 4,000 payslips in under 20 minutes.
- Employee Code Search for Payslips: Easily search employees by employee code in the generate payslips dialog before emailing.
- Basic Rate Settings: Toggle setting for paying basic hours that are more than the normal rate for fixed employees. More information can be found here.
- Improvements to the Sickness Benefit Deduction calculation: Sickness and injury benefit deductions spanning consecutive payrolls now maintain continuous calculations.
- Self-Service CSP Management: Corporate Service Provider users can now instantly set up sub-clients through their own Talexio account. This function will need to be enabled by the Talexio Support team. Check this out for more information.
🏖️ Leave Management
- Sick Leave Reset for Re-engaged Staff: Re-hired employees now start a fresh sick leave entitlement period upon re-engagement. More information on how it works, here.
📢 Announcements
- Improved Announcements: We have updated the Create Announcement modal, making it easier to understand what’s needed at each step. We have also added a number of other features to the module, click here to find out more.
🕰️ Time & Attendance
- Clearer Working Schedule experience: Improved the Load Schedule state with a more consistent layout and helpful tooltips, making it easier to understand what’s needed before schedule actions can be used.
- More accurate Working Schedule needs: Working schedule needs now also considers employee leave, ensuring the displayed staffing requirements and warnings accurately reflect who is available and assigned to each shift.
💼 Applicant Tracking System
- Public Career Sites API Documentation: Web development teams can now easily integrate public job listings into external sites using our JSON API documentation. Click here for more information.

- Insight Notifications: New notification badges have been added to the Insights module.
