- The navigation menu is now collapsible. Users can choose to have the navigation menu displayed with icons only. This will provide a wider working space and easier navigation on each module.
- Reports can now be redownloaded from a dedicated background jobs page. Easily access and download all the reports that you generated in the past 2 months by visiting a new background jobs page that can be accessed from the user menu. Check out how you can access your previously downloaded reports here!
- We enhanced our organizational chart to dynamically adjust when employees are moved from units under a manager, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee visibility at all levels.
- We have added validations around file types that can be uploaded to employee documents. These validations help maintain compliance with security standards and protect our users from potentially malicious files.

💵 Payroll
- We have introduced the option to reuse previous groups in payroll. When adding your employees to a payroll, payroll users can reuse the same groups that were created before by using a new feature found in the grouping section titled “Use groups from last payroll”.
- The introduction of special government bonus calculations in accordance with work regulation orders for pilots. If you need this feature, kindly reach out to us on support@talexio.com
- Multiple new checks have been added to help notify payroll users about payment type changes in the employee profiles. These precautionary checks will also be generated if a payroll is locked.

- We have added a notification that is sent to users when a vacancy is about to expire. This is sent 5 days prior to the expiration date and allows users to easily extend their vacancy.
