- A new field titled “Work phone number” has been added in the employee details section. If added, this will be available on the employees dashboard. It is also clickable so users can initiate a call easily.
- Video tutorials have been added to the onboarding assistant. These tutorials will guide Talexio users through each process in a structured manner, ensuring they don’t miss any critical steps.

- We have added the functionality to unlock payslips in bulk! Talexio payroll users no longer need to unlock each payslip individually, saving considerable time, especially when managing payroll for a large team.

- Multiple topics can now be uploaded from the course's bulk upload template.
- Notifications can now be sent to employees when training sessions are added from the attendance bulk upload template.
- We have improved how the content for self-paced training sessions is displayed on mobile devices allowing our users to more easily access this content on their phone.

- Talexio now generates more valuable insights about your organisation, covering employee retention. This includes smart feed notifications with real-time data.
- New tabs covering employee retention, employee performance and employee salaries have been added. These include multiple new smart feed entries with real-time data. Each new tab includes interactive visuals that allow users to filter by multiple options as well as export the displayed information directly to an XLSX file. Users can also apply a customisable date range to compare trends over specific periods.
