Onboarding the Surveys Module
If you have opted to use the Surveys module, the steps required to begin using it are provided below:
Team Voice is a comprehensive, structured survey designed to objectively engage team members and capture their perspectives. The Setup Details is the first step in creating your Team Voice survey, allowing you to customise the survey language, set up survey administrators, and select your industry and company size.

Now that you have completed the setup details, it’s time to define your departments. Defining and segmenting your departments allows you to gain clearer insights into the challenges and needs affecting different teams, and enables you to take meaningful actions to address them or implement suggestions.

Once your Team Voice departments are set up, you can enhance your analysis by adding filters to segment responses more effectively. Several pre built filters are available for immediate use, and you also have the option to create custom filters, enabling you to tailor insights to your specific needs.

The next important step in TeamVoice is to add the participants who will be taking part in your survey. This is a crucial step, as it allows you to identify exactly who will be involved and ensures that each participant is correctly linked to their respective department. After setting up your departments, participants, and survey questions within the TeamVoice module, the next step is to configure how and when your survey will run. In this section, you will be able to schedule the survey’s launch and closing dates, ensuring it is available to participants for the desired period. This stage allows you to define the anonymity threshold, helping you safeguard participant confidentiality and ensure that reported insights remain anonymous.

The next step is to make it accessible to a multilingual audience. This involves adding translations for your questions, survey descriptions, and emails.
