Release Highlights ⚡

  • ☑️Leave Checklist Exemptions: Admins can now define specific employee exemptions for leave checklist triggers, providing greater flexibility in leave management.
  • 🏖️Streamlined Leave Approval: We have redesigned the leave approval workflow to significantly reduce the number of clicks required, allowing for faster processing.
  • 🗓️ Enhanced Timesheet Reporting: Comments added during punch-in/out via the online punch clock are now included in Timesheet reports.

🗓️ Time & Attendance

  • Punch Clock Comments in Reports: You can now extract detailed reports that include the comments left by employees during punch-in and punch-out activities on the online punch clock. More information can be found here.
  • Biometric Hardware Compatibility: We have updated our biometric data handling to support multiple versions of biometric templates simultaneously. This ensures that when upgrading to new devices, users can maintain existing data while transitioning to newer formats without data overwrites. More information can be found here.

 

🏖️ Leave Management

  • Streamlined Leave Approval: We have optimised the leave approval process to reduce the number of clicks required to process requests. This update minimizes manual input and navigation, allowing managers and admins to review and approve leave applications more efficiently.

     

🙍‍♂️ People & HR

  • Leave Checklist Rules: To provide greater flexibility, we have added a "Define exemptions" section within the checklist rules configuration. Admins can now select specific employees to be excluded from checklist triggers for particular leave types. More information can be found here.
