Adding Employees through Talexio

If you have an active Talexio account with the Time and Attendance Module, the following steps provide a step-by-step guide on how to sync your employees to your punch clock device.

1. Go to the People section and create the employee’s profile. If the employee already has a profile in Talexio, there is no need to create a new one.
2. Open the employee’s profile and go to the Employment tab. Click on the edit icon next to their latest position. If the employee does not yet have an active position, you can follow this guide for further instructions.
3. Go to the "Time and Attendance" tab and turn on the "Enable Time and Attendance" toggle.
4. Click on Save - Correcting a Mistake.

Employees who already have T&A Enabled on their position history from Talexio will automatically sync to the devices, and no further actions will be required on your end.

Please note that once T&A has been enabled, it may take up to one hour for employees added in Talexio to appear on the device.

Logging in to Talexio Cloud Device Manager

1. Visit the cloud device manager on https://cdm.talexiohr.com
2. Enter your user login details - these were provided to you when purchasing the device
   • Auth key
   • Username
   • Password

To verify if your employees have synced with the punch clock device, go to the Employees tab and search for their names. If their names appear, it means they have successfully synced.
