Release Highlights ⚡

• Faster, clearer time & attendance reporting: Spot overtime and extra basic hours settings at a glance with the new Overtime & Extra Basic Hours Settings report, import work codes in bulk instead of one by one, and enjoy smoother workflows for finalised timelogs.
• Bank payments, future-ready: Payment files for supported banks now use the ISO 20022 v9 standard, so your payroll payments stay aligned with current banking requirements.
• Performance reviews that fit your way of working: Choose the rating scale that suits your organisation, and decide exactly who gets to see final scores with granular permissions.
• Employee Forms: less paperwork, more self-service: You can now create your custom Forms on Talexio to allow employees to submit requests and information directly in Talexio. This cuts down on back-and-forth and frees HR from manual admin.

🙍‍♂️People & HR

• Sick Leave Bulk Upload Option: Added an option to zero out remaining sick leave when using the employee bulk upload sheet.
• Employee Forms: Create custom Forms in Talexio to let employees submit requests and information directly through the platform. This streamlines communication, reduces back-and-forth, and minimises manual HR administration.

🗓️ Time & Attendance

• New Overtime & Extra Basic Hours Settings Report: Users can now export employees’ overtime and extra basic hours settings, including overtime eligibility, basic and overtime rates, T&A settings, and additional shift allowances. The report is available in XLSX and PDF formats, with filters for position date range, departments, and employees.
• Bulk Upload Overtime Support: Overtime shifts can now be added through bulk upload. Overtime shifts can be identified by adding ot, OT, or overtime to the end of the shift upload format. 
• Bulk Work Code Import: Added the ability to upload work codes in bulk.
• Include Leave Not Linked to a Shift in T&A Reports: The option to view leave not linked to a shift can now be included in the Approved Timesheets Report.
• Finalised Timelogs Upload Sheet: The bulk upload workflow now includes Work Codes and Cost Centres. T&A admins can prepare, upload, and finalise clockings quicker with less manual intervention.

💵 Payroll

• Government Bonuses Schedule Alignment: From the December 2026 bonus onward, government bonuses will be attached to a payroll ending within the bonus month, ensuring payment within the required month. 
• Improved Payroll Groups Controls: Added Expand All and Collapse All buttons, allowing payroll admins to quickly expand or collapse all groups. These controls are available in both paged and non-paged views, with the paged view also including a summary of the groups and payslips displayed on the current page.
• Updated Payment File Format: During our migration to ISO 20022 compliance, downloaded ZIP packages will include both the old and new payment file versions. This dual-file setup allows you to test the new format while ensuring continuity with the old one. Once your bank confirms the new file works successfully and phase-out of the old file is complete, the legacy version will be permanently removed.

🎯 Performance

• Scale Selection Results: Added the option to choose scoring results based on scale selection (options out of 5, 7, or 10).
• Final Score Visibility Controls: Administrators can now control whether users with the View Performance Reviews permission can see the Final Score on finalised performance reviews.
