- Candidate WhatsApp Quick Contact: Enabled WhatsApp messaging on candidate profiles for ATS Plus.
- Filter by Pay Group in Payroll reports: You can now filter single-payroll reports by Payroll Group.
- FS4 Multi-Position Selection: Select a specific active employment position when generating FS4 documents for employees with multiple active positions.
- Weekly Cross-Region Backups: Implemented weekly cross-region backups to Ireland (eu-west-1) with a 35-day retention policy for enhanced disaster recovery.
🙍♂️ People & HR
- Overtime Status Visibility: A new column has been added to the People page, displaying whether the employee is eligible for overtime, based on the setting within their profile. This information can also be exported as a report. More information on People Section Reports here.
💶 Payroll
- Payroll Group Filter for Reports: When generating single-payroll reports, a group filter can now be applied. This applies to the Main Payroll Report, Adjustments Report, Payroll Totals Report, and Overtime (Additional Hours) Report. More information about Payroll Groups here.
- Improved FS4 Document Generation: When generating an FS4 document for an employee with multiple active positions within different business units, you can now select which specific position the document applies to.
💼 Applicant Tracking System
- WhatsApp Contact Button: The WhatsApp icon on candidate profiles is now available to all paid ATS accounts, facilitating quick candidate communication.
🗓️ Time & Attendance
- Online Punch Clock Location Exemption: A new company-wide setting allows users to clock in or out online without requiring location tracking. By default, geo-location tracking remains enabled.
🎓 Training Management
- Location for Training Sessions: When scheduling an instructor-led training session, clicking the location field now displays a list of previously saved locations as auto-complete suggestions. New locations entered are automatically saved for future selection across manual scheduling and bulk uploads.
🛡️ General & Infrastructure
- Weekly Cross-Region Backups: Implementation of weekly cross-region backups with a 35-day retention policy. We have set up a weekly cross-region backup process to complement our existing daily backups. As part of our disaster recovery strategy, the original daily backups continue to be stored in the eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) region, while these new weekly backups are replicated to the eu-west-1 (Ireland) region.
