Release Highlights⚡

• Automated Candidate Interview Reminders: You can now reduce candidate no-shows with automated candidate email reminders dispatched 24 hours prior to scheduled recruiter interviews.
• Improved Leave Calendar Filtering: An easier filtering layout has been introduced that includes dedicated status filtering, and quick filters such as My Leave, My Department, My Direct Reports, and Pending My Approval. Your filter preferences are also remembered between sessions. More information can be found here.
• Xero Payroll Integration: Payroll and accounting are now better connected. With our new Xero integration, payroll data can be transferred directly from Talexio Payroll to Xero via journal entries, reducing manual work and helping keep your accounting records up to date with one single click. More information can be found here.

• Clearer Leave Balance Workings: The leave breakdown per employee has been updated to make leave balances easier to understand, with clearer details on how entitlements are calculated . More information can be found here.
• Emergency Roll Call Export: Two new columns are now included in the export specifying the employee shift time and job schedule information. More information can be found here.
• Improved Bulk Approvals in Change Requests: Reviewing leave and allowance requests in bulk has been improved. You can choose which items to approve, reject or leave pending. On confirmation a summary will show breaking down the requests before submission.

🏖️ Leave Management

• Improved Leave Calendar Filtering: An easier filtering layout has been introduced that includes dedicated status filtering, and quick filters such as My Leave, My Department, My Direct Reports, and Pending My Approval. Your filter preferences are also remembered between sessions. And for reports, results now also reflect their position dates and the selected reporting period, giving you a more accurate view of relevant leave records.  More information can be found here.

💵 Payroll

• Xero Payroll Integration: Payroll and accounting are now better connected. With our new Xero integration, payroll data can be transferred directly from Talexio Payroll to Xero via journal entries, reducing manual work and helping keep your accounting records up to date with one single click.  More information can be found here.  
• PDF Payroll Report: PDF payroll reports now include additional details, providing a more complete view. This includes company name, SSC contributions, ID card, department, and termination date. 
• Added Payroll Flexibility: Talexio Payroll can now be configured without a specific jurisdiction, making it more flexible for organisations managing payroll according to their own processes or operating across different markets. This provides greater control over calculations where local statutory requirements are handled separately. 

💼 Applicant Tracking System

• Automated Candidate Interview Reminders: Candidates now receive an automatic reminder at 8:00 AM on the day before their scheduled interview, helping them stay informed and reducing the chance of missed interviews.

🗓️ Time & Attendance

• Shift Templates by Department: You can now assign departments to shift templates. More information can be found here.
• Improved Timesheet Report: The timesheet report now includes a new column specifying the clocking source.
• Improved Accuracy in Working Hours: Total hours in the T&A working schedule now account for leave booked alongside scheduled shifts. 

🔐 Pay Management

• Added Calculation Basis to Pay Equity Reporting: The report can now be downloaded with employee employment position data. This will help organisations further to identify pay gaps within the company. Find out more about the new Talexio Pay Management module here.
• Job Evaluation Settings Export: You can now download comprehensive Job Evaluation reports detailing evaluation criteria, sub-factors, weightings, category groupings, and job scores. More information can be found here.
