- Position End Date: Added an end date picker when updating a definite position, allowing users to specify the end date for the new position history. More information can be found here.
- Termination Change Request History: The Terminate Employee change request in historical activity now includes cancelled leave and shifts.
💵 Payroll
- Updated Bank Payment Formats: Updated payment files for Erste Bank and UniCredit Bank to SEPA Pain.001 v9 specifications, ensuring seamless, compliant payroll transfers.
- Allowance Requests Payroll Warnings: Added automated payroll warnings for approved allowance requests to ensure accurate processing and prevent overlooked additions. More information can be found here.
- Modify Leave attached to Payroll: Payroll admins can now modify leave transactions linked to payroll, provided the payroll and all associated payslips are unlocked.

Improved Payslip Locking: We have improved the lock payslips functionality, making it easier to work through your payslips.
🏖️ Leave Management
- Leave Type Change Requests: Improved leave type change requests so the “Before” column correctly displays previous requesters and approvers.
💼 Applicant Tracking System
- ATS Vacancy Approval Workflow: The feature adds a formal step before a vacancy exists. A user creates a vacancy request and submits it to one or more approvers. Once everyone has approved, the request can be converted into a vacancy. More information can be found here.
🗓️ Time & Attendance
- Enhanced T&A User Experience: Improved user experience: We’ve made a number of usability improvements across Talexio to make navigating tables and schedules smoother and more intuitive. We’re continuously working on small but meaningful enhancements to make everyday tasks easier and create a better experience for all our users.
- New Job Schedules Report: A job schedules report can now be generated. This includes their associated settings such as working days and working hours, making schedule information easier to manage. More information can be found here.
- Improved Working Schedule Needs: Working Schedule needs now take shift times into consideration, helping ensure staffing warnings accurately reflect the number of employees scheduled during the required working hours. More information on Working Schedule Needs can be found here.
- Public Holiday Shifts: Add Public holiday shifts. Click here for more information.
- T&A Reports: Added an Approval status filter to the Approved Timesheets and Timesheet Exceptions report dialogs, replacing the "Show only approved" checkbox with options to filter by Approved, Pending approval, or All.
- Auto Approval: In addition to the existing Auto Approve leave type setting, we have added an Auto approve leave pay type client setting, allowing missing hours during Time & Attendance auto-approval to be booked as Full pay, Half pay, or Unpaid leave.
⬆️ Bulk Uploads
- Added bulk upload functionality for Perks in Employee Positions, Cost Centres and Custom Fields, Course Categories, Competencies, Competency Categories in the Training Management module.
🔐 Permissions
- Faster Permissions Page Navigation: The Permissions Page now loads faster and is easier to use, especially for organisations with many employees. You can now search within the Employees, Permissions, Access Levels and Target Groups columns individually to find what you need more quickly.
📢 Team Voice
- Expanded Multilingual Support: Added support for Ukrainian, German, Dutch, Spanish, Romanian, Italian, and Russian languages, enhancing communication across diverse employee bases.
✍🏼 Sign Request
- Automated SignRequest document deletion: Deleting a document in Talexio now triggers a deletion request to SignRequest, keeping both systems in sync.
⚠ Policies & Notices
- We have updated our Hardware Terms & Conditions to better reflect the Services and mutual obligations. The main changes are related to: installation & maintenance, data processing, fees & pricing and warranties.
- We have revised our service level commitments, reporting procedures, and availability terms for Talexio's Service and Software.
- We have introduced a DORA Position Statement highlighting Talexio’s commitment to customers that are subject to the regulation.
