With Talexio you can generate documents such as contracts based on templates. We have now added a new placeholder text which can be used in our Template documents. The label is {today_short}. This gives our users the option to include a date with a shorter format.

👥 Leave Approvals & Requests
- Bulk leave approvals from change requests are now available! Talexio users can approve multiple leave requests in a single action. By allowing bulk approval, the workflow for managing leave requests becomes more streamlined and efficient, reducing administrative burden.
- We have significantly improved the loading time in the entire requests section. This leads to a smoother and more efficient user experience.

✔ Checklists

Added a "View my items only" filter checklists. This allows users to filter out checklists items that are specifically assigned to self and focus solely on the items that require your attention. Find out more about checklists here.

⏲ Time & Attendance
- We have added a new overtime rule for shifts called “Overtime limitation”. When applied, clockings linked to the shift must meet the assigned duration otherwise any clocked overtime below the quota will be disregarded. 📋 Salary Reviews
- We have moved the “Send for approval” and “Approve” processes to a background job. This offers a more stable and reliable process and improves overall system performance.

🛡 Permissions
- Permission Roles have now been renamed to Access Levels.
- We have simplified the permissions assigning process! This is only a cosmetic upgrade but, nonetheless, it will help talexio users understand better the access levels assigned to employees. More information can be found here.

Talexio is now available for download from the app stores! Log in to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, search for Talexio, and click on download to start using all features. Find out how to install our application here.

🦸♀️ Automated Tracking System (ATS)
- For all our free ATS users, we have introduced an "In Progress" application status. This allows you to keep track of applications which are being processed. Find out more about this feature here.
- We have added “Shortlisting questions” to vacancies. When added, candidates applying to a vacancy are required to answer the additional questions.
