Release notes 15/07/2025

• • You can now leverage AI-assisted text fields when creating or editing Position Job Descriptions.
  • The Onboarding Assistant employee bulk import template now allows the user to terminate an active position and upload multiple previous position histories for the same employee within the same template.
  • The feature to Bulk Invite employees to Talexio now supports searching by employee name and surname, in addition to employee code. This makes it easier and more intuitive to find and select employees when sending out bulk invitations.
• • You now have the ability to lock payrolls even if no employees are added within the payroll. This ensures a complete end of year process should you have months where no employee salaries are issued.
  • Government Bonuses for Student Apprentices will no longer be calculated pro-rata. Bonuses will be assigned as regular employees.
  • A new payroll “View Only” permission (VIEW_PAYROLL) is now available, providing secure, restricted access for users who need payroll visibility without edit rights. NOTE: This might lead to some users not being able to view the Payroll module in their main menu, Please refresh your browser to regain visibility.
  • We’ve introduced a setting on the Job Schedules for Government Bonuses to be given in full rather than pro-rata based on the hours worked, even if their job schedule is less than 40 hours per week. This is relevant in some scenarios.
• • A cleaner, more visual interface of the Leave Balances widget on the dashboard, has been introduced for all users.
  • Booking of leave will now be restricted if the employee has a training session booked for that day.
• • Auto interview scheduling by candidates now supports Microsoft Outlook integration.
• • You can now manage Performance Management permissions using the “Reports to me” checkbox, making it easier to delegate and control access based on organizational structure.
