📈 Enhanced Insights capabilities with a new Smart Feed Digest email.
- 📃New report that allows the export of key information within checklists.
- 💵 Updated SEPA bank file version will start being accepted as of October.
- Termination Type: The "Termination Type" field has been added to the employee position history for better visibility. Read more here.
- Employee Benefits Bulk Upload: When using the bulk upload sheet for employee benefits, you now have the option to enter amounts "per payslip" in addition to "per year," aligning the bulk upload functionality with the UI. Read more here.
- New bank file version: As of 6th October some new banks, namely Bank of Valletta, will start accepting the new format of bank file which has been available for your testing since June 2025. Should you encounter any issues with the generation or processing of the bank file please contact us immediately on support@talexio.com
- T&A - Review & Approve Summary: The "Review & Approve Summary" tab now correctly includes half-pay and unpaid leave hours in the total hours calculation.
- Monthly Smartfeed Digest: Users who have permission to view Insights on a global level, will now receive a new monthly email report. This PDF provides a snapshot of key HR metrics such as headcount, new hires, and turnover, along with a comparison to the previous month's data. Read more here.
- Checklists report: A new report that allows users to export checklist related information such as checklist name, checklist items, assignees of tasks, due dates and statuses. Read more here.
- Leave Friendly Names: The leave request flow has been updated. Employees will now see the actual leave type name when making a request to avoid confusion, and the friendly name will be shown after the request has been booked. Read more here.
- New ATS tables: A new reporting database is now available for the Applicant Tracking System module. If you’d like more information about how to get access to this data, please contact us on support@talexio.com
