- Requests can now be filtered by department. This will make it easier to find the required information.

- Leave carried forward can now also be applied against a percentage capping.

- A new icon to identify swapped shifts has been added, allowing users to have a clear visual indication for easier tracking. We have also added the possibility to add comments and notes while editing published shifts.
- It is now possible to run auto approvals of clockings for specific departments. Users can also execute auto approvals for specific days manually. This is all done in the Settings page. More on auto approvals here.
- New banking hours settings are now available in the Settings page. Users can apply different leave types for specific days as well as a maximum amount of hours employees can be allowed to bank per month.

- COLA rates for 2025 have been updated. Instructions on how to apply COLA can be found here.
- Tax brackets for 2025 have been updated following the announcement during the budget held in October 2024.
- New columns to view the total hours of unpaid leave hours and amounts from previous payroll periods per employee have been added to the payroll report. Find out more about the payroll report here.

Competency gaps in the training dashboard now show the amount of months or years of experience that the team member has missing. This will give users the ability to tailor training programmes that address these gaps, ensuring employees meet the required skills for their roles.
